BCP= Bug check parameter so you have # 1,2,3 and 4. Go to your control panel and into adminstrator tools and look up system events. this should give you a clue to what is going on.
Minidump-has to do with your memory dump files.
the screen colors are a major clue. have you done anything with your display adapter or video card? Like change drivers. What service pack are you running? skip
Using Windows XP Home.
1) Boot, Desktop appears, 3s later, Windows hangs.
2) Around a minute later, message appears: Windows has recovered from a system error. Please reboot to restore system functionality. And the screen colours look 'weird,' a little like what happens with Safe Mode.
3) After reboot, everything runs, this error message appears: BCCode : ea BCP1 : 821D6DA8 BCP2 : 82411638 BCP3 : 825C10D0
BCP4 : 00000001 OSVer : 5_1_2600 SP : 1_0 Product : 768_1
4) After clicking on more technical info, this appears:
This problem only occurs on the first boot. After I reboot, everything works fine, but its pretty annoying to do it twice. Please help.
