can i run an ethernet cable from my wireless laptop to a 360 and still be able to go online with it?

I tried this with the 360 and the PS2, and it was a no-go. Seems to want to be connected to the computer wired to the DSL or to the DSL modem itself. Good luck.

Yes, actually you can. Make sure that you specify your machine to "Share Internet Connection" in your network settings though. This is how I have my 360 connected to the net so I know for a fact that it works.

hey, i got my 360 for xmas and i go through xbconnect for online gaming and on there i go into a server but can see no game in my system link...please reply asap if you know how to fix this prob
