Xbox 360 From Repair Center Help

Hey everyone. My 360 died (what a suprise) and I was wondering, since the time of the new warranty, are the repaired 360's going to last longer? If they are just going to die again, I might as well give up on Microsoft. Any replies would be much appreciated. (Oh yeah, no fanboys, I think all of the systems deserve merits.)
