i have created an account on but cannot upload anything to it because i keep getting an error saying that a 3rd party app is blocking the pop up from popping up. I have turned off the IE7 and Firefox pop up blockers but i still get the error message. any help would be great. by the way, XP Pro/XP Media Center, Firefox.

Any "privacy" protectors?

i have norton internet sec 2006 and turned off the entire Privacy Control but still get the error

There were other things I turned off on my dad's machine to get such to work. What annoyed me it was an item that it's name didn't appear to be the problem. At least you are running one of the suites that is known to interfere. Be sure to tell x-drive about that when you ask them for support.


PS. Dad's back to using free AVG...

Help, my PC with Windows 10 won't shut down properly

Since upgrading to Windows 10 my computer won't shut down properly. I use the menu button shutdown and the screen goes blank, but the system does not fully shut down. The only way to get it to shut down is to hold the physical power button down till it shuts down. Any suggestions?
