General discussion

writing text over a picture - paint shop pro

Jun 5, 2005 9:54PM PDT

Hi, I'm trying to write text over a picture in paint shop pro, but the only colour options I get are the ones found in the picture itself. Is it possible to choose any colour for the text? If so how?

Thanks

Mick

Too little information.

For example, it could be a GIF which only has a color pallette of what colors are in the picture. A workaround/fix would be to change the color depth to millions of colors.

Use the Materials Palette

You can set your colors in there - the foreground color is the text outline (if you want one) and the background color is the text fill.
