There's no such thing at that price point. All these low-end all-in-one devices are pieces of junk, regardless of brand, and you're generally lucky if they work at all. The more features you try and cram into a device and the lower the cost, should tell you to run screaming from most of them.
You should be prepared to spend a MINIMUM of about $250 to get something like what you want. Better yet is getting separate devices that only have to focus on doing one thing well.

I already have a HP Deskjet 3745 printer, but it has trouble
printing Avery two-sided printable clean edge business
cards. So, I would like to upgrade to an HP printer/
scanner that will operate more efficiently with different
projects. I will probably be getting my new HP printer/
scanner at Walmart. Any suggestions? The $80 to $120
price range would be fine.
