would this Laptop switch be worth it?

Hello, so this is the laptop I bought a few months ago:
I have been relatively content with it, although it has had many issues with booting up from sleeping, slowness especially in browsers, etc.
I am wondering if this one is a big step up or if it will be barely any difference:

The main difference I spotted was the RAM being doubled (4 to 8GB). I compared the processors here:
and they each appear to have their pros and cons for each other (AMD and Intel). A few others:
-graphics are apparently better in the HP one, but not sure if that jump matters much (520 up to 2132 in ACER, and up to 4335 MB in HP).
-I can get HP in color
-3 cell battery in HP, 4 cell in ACER (battery lasts a bit longer in ACER)
-Not sure what else
