Worst SAMSUNG service experience in life

My s8 has lagging and sometimes it hangs since last month. I have always kept it updated. So i went to the service centre here in Machhi Mohall, Ambala Cantt. And there was a stupid service agent RAMAN SAINI whom i told the whole problem and he said that you have installed 3rd party apps like whatsapp, you are not using the default Samsung wallpaper, you are having more than 30 apps installed in your phone so use limited apps. And i was like ARE YOU F**KING STUPID OR YOU THINK I AM AN EDIOT, I HAVEN'T SPENT 50K JUST TO USE IT AS SOME REDMI PHONE EVEN THEY DONT HANG..... i swear for a moment felt like i should never buy a phone by Samsung and not even let anyone else buy it. He could have flashed the software again but he was too lazy to do that. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER.
