Worst experience ever at Mel central SAMSUNG store

Mar 22, 2017 6:33AM PDT

SAMSUNG owes me a apology. It was the worst service nightmare ever. Force customer to leave the store and verbal abuse. Never ever buy any SAMSUNG products. That's my ONLY advice conclusion to everyone on the earth after u finish reading wat happened yesterday afternoon.
All in all,I bought my wife a Galaxy S7 edge few months ago. Last week it suddenly started not reading the TF memory card. So I simply took it to Melbourne central SAMSUNG store. They took the phone for a 2minutes check and told me they have to charge 369$ to change the mainboard. I felt shocked and confused. Obviously the phone has just been bought and has 20+ months warranty on it still. They told me there is a tiny crack of sim tray at the front of sim card part(which caused by my 3 years boy the first day we bought it when we change the sim card and basically doesn't change any physic shape of the tray. And furthermore there is nothing wrong with it till it suddenly can't read the memory card ).
The funny thing is there was nothing wrong with the SIM card reading which held by the crack plastic trim they mention. The whole plastic frame which holds the TF memory card is completely intact. Since the tray crack doesn't affect any memory card reading from the day I bought it so they can't convince me on this. I tried to explain, but they just kept on giving me different excuses and try to avoid the fact the problem not caused by the tray. its just like u have a paint damage of ur car but the dealer want u to change the engine when u can't start the car and push the reason to the paint damage. which sounds absolutely ridiculous to me. I try to argue with them but more or less its a dead loop. They find other technician to give me different stories and tried to convince me to change the motherboard and so-called 66$ assessment fee. I refused and asked them to go through the warranty check. Hence we can't settle the deal. They just simply asked me to leave the store and give me all sort of verbal abuse in front of my 3 years boy. And threatening me by calling the security which they did. I was not either swearing or being violent since I came with my boy. All just because they can not convince me and being insanely dodgy.
I'm 32 years old IT technician graduated from RMIT. Had heaps of digital equipment. Also went to many different service centers to repair sometimes. But by calling security to force a customer to leave by not convincing them and giving them some crazy excuses is the first time ever happened in my entire life. Had the voice record and everything. I simply wanna post it to Australian fair trade department and desperately wanna go to every forums to tell everyone one simply conclusion. Leave SAMSUNG alone by not touching any of their products. Because they are good at making phone bomb not serving people. I think the first lesson of their customer service staff is how to quickly find excuses and how to charge more money by lying to their customers. SAMSUNGM U SUCKS INDEED and MAKE ME SICK.
