Worst experience with Samsung this time on Note 10+, my note 9 was working perfectly fine. I just bought it a month back and it has an issue which happens intermittently where it loses network if coming down the lift or going to underground parking lot and never recovers until I restart the phone.
Reached to official samsung service center and they mentioned its a known samsung motherboard issue and asked me to get the phone replaced.
On reaching out to samsung care had another worst experience where they said they would only replace within 14 days of receiving the order even though they knew they sent me a defective product. So now they would only repair or replace the motherboard and send it and I have to live with it knowing I paid 1100 dollars for a defective product.
Worst customer support for a huge brand like Samsung....
I feel cheated and robbed by this company. Totally unprofessional... No ethics in even supporting for their product.
