I would consider myself lucky and get the product wanted from some other company. It's not just burning phones, search online for "crack TV screen" and "smelly refrigerator".

To date, there have been 26 issue numbers I have been assigned and this is STILL not resolved. In April of 2017 I registered for a promotion and met the deadline, got an email saying it was confirmed and I would receive notification when it had been sent....fast forward 3 months later when I made the 1st 3 hour call and was told to be patient...Here I am, almost 1 year later with still no promotion sent. I have emailed AGAIN, transcript I have had and that does not include that I have also been on the phone with Samsung promotions, Samsung commerce, and other various departments that I have been transferred to 10+ times at 3 hours each time. You have the absolute worst customer service I have EVER dealt with and will recommend to anyone that I can reach, this issue. Tell them, if given the choice, based on getting help from your team, they should buy another brand. I am due to upgrade my phone and I am considering an iPhone when all I have ever owned was Samsung. I stayed with you after having my phone recalled 2 times , the last which was on the day I was leaving on a business trip for Europe for 3 weeks and HAD to have a phone. I stood in the store for 4 hours before my flight to end up be given the phone that I had originally upgraded from. Now this….I am STILL waiting on a call back from a supervisor and 8 months after requesting it multiple times, have yet to receive it.
