Worm/Bropia.C

My computer is infected with the Worm/Bropia.C virus. AVG 7.0 has put them into the virus vault, but I can't heal the infected files. One's an exe. file that's in my C drive and the other is in the Temporary Restore. I was wondering if I can just delete them, or if doing so would affect other files? Is there a better way to get rid of them? Any help would be greatly appreciated! Thanks!
