Words Becoming Unreadable.

Just came back to C/NET..I have the Help Forums Page bookmarked,when i clicked on it,under where it list Forums,all listed in smaller blue letters i can barely read,the letters are broken up,some not there and some faded,looks almost like chinese writting.All the rest of the page i can read fine,just that small blue print..also on my verizon online homepage..can read most ok,but not where there is any smaall print,checked other sites and all the same.cant read any small print all broken up and some letters not evn there..if i didnt know where 95/98 help was located i couldnt have found it,its there,just not readable..please help.thanks

Using 98SE IE6....Now my sound is gone also..use to hear a *click* when i clicked on things,now thats gone.no sound when i play back greeting sites that i know have music.before i went off line a while ago,all was NORMAL, and i surely didnt change anything.media player should be kicking in but does not..tried to make sounds in path:my computer-control panel-sounds,cant click them but no sound..my speakers are working ok tried cd but it played back in something called ATI??,should be media player.i am clean from virus trogans spy ad ware etc.maybe can go back to when pc was working normal??if someone would kindly remind me how to get there,cant remember. ; ( thanks

In fixed it or it seems to be,its all back to normal at this moment ; ) Remembered finally how to restore back to another date:MSDOS/scanreg/restore..Have a pleasant evening all..
