WordPress Woo Commerce My Account Sign Out Loop Issse

I've created an online store using mystile and woo commerce. Customers are able to create an my account to check their orders, update billing/shipping addresses and etc. However, when they sign out, i get this word press logout notice and asks if you really want to log out, when I click log out, it goes back to My Account. It goes on a loop. the end point is [customer-logout] but its not going to that page.

To navigate to the registration, click My Account which is located on top of Kolapa Logo to sign up.

The current version of Woo Commerce is Version 2.4.7

and Word Press is 4.3.1
