WordPress PHP web content managment

Hi,
I've just installed WordPress 2.0 ( A PHP website content managemetn system ) through Fantastico (Linux Hosting) to develop a website, http://www.fraxnet.com . there are other content management system to use , but i'm not sure if this is the best choice, i don't find it is flixable enough to look like a website not a blog.
any suggestions?
