Question

WordPerfect 12.0.0.602 : Table formula

Aug 4, 2018 11:27AM PDT

Created a table which has 12 columns; formatted four columns for currency, two columns together and another two together further to the right in the table; in the first of the columns them I created a formula totaling its 20 rows, then copied it to the next Right column; when attempting to "send" (Copy to Cell) to the third column, nothing shows up. ??? Seems resident in only this table, as I've done this successfully countless times before.

What am I missing?

Many thanks!

Thanks for your answer; nice idea, but this is a very large table document and in no circumstances am I going to restart it from scratch.

However, I already found the problem and it's all corrected.

Answer
Easier to do in database software.

Tables are an added feature in spreadsheets but not a strength. Depending on the importance of the table will determine if the expense for some database software is justified.
