Column A for the categories.
Column B for the part to fill in. Each line a row, using the underline feature of a cell.
Row height is adjustable.
If you don't have MS Excel, no worry. Use Calc from www.openoffice.org. It's free.

Hello, I am wanting to make a document that has lines
just like lined paper suggestions? wordpad tutorial or help that references this ?
When I use the "Underline" feature and hit tab or space across the screen, then click the print preview icon it does not look like what's on the screen of the
word pad document.
I also tried to scan a college ruled piece of paper and send it to wordpad, also send using ocr, photo being scanned is photo, newspaper, text NONE of these things I have tried work at all, I'm really fairly knowledgeable or atleast able to figure this out but not this time.
I WANT to make a document that has categories on the left, (like left of the margin on paper with the margin line as a break point) then to the right make blank lines to write information on after I print this document. basically it's going to be a FORM to fill out.
