If you look at http://www.rdg.ac.uk/ITS/Topic/WordProc/WoP2Kmai01/#Toc15 take note that you can insert other fields. The label making in Word is often VBA code. Sometimes we get to dive under the hood and tweak it to our needs.
When I use Word's envelope/label maker (Tools), the company name in my address book does not transfer over with the rest of the address. I always have to copy it over by hand. Is there a way to get the company name to transfer automatically the way the other fields (name, address, city, etc.) do?
