Word Problems

Aug 12, 2005 3:29AM PDT

Hoping you all can help me out as this problem has become very frustrating. When I copy a picture into a Word doc, it will not show up. So if you want to add a page of pictures, format them, whatever, you are unable to find the picture. Is there any way to make the pictures show up in Word?

You have not mentioned your method of inserting the Picture?

Two methods I use are
[1]
Open up the picture in a photo editing program, "Copy" same and "Paste'' into the Word Document.
[2]
Have your curser flashing within the Word Doc., go to ''Insert'' [on the Toolbar] and navigate to the pictute file and click ''Insert''

I have found the easiest method to use is the below
Insert a ?Text Box? [ ?Draw? ToolBar is found in the dropdown Menu = [RH Click in Near Menu Bar] Construct the Text Box to an appropriate size = LH Click curser within the box then copy/paste your picture to within. The box and the picture can be resized within and the box can be moved to the required location without creating any problems in your page layout. To remove the Box Parameter Line = Double Click on the text box to create a hash appearance [you may have to click a second time to get the correct ?Hash?] and then go to ?Line Colour? [found in ?Draw?] and click ?No Line?.
