wants to hold arguments for 12 hours per day.

so, possible that they could be listening to arguments/BS until after midnight.

NO cellphones or talking during sitting....will they be allowed to bring their blankies and pillows?

These are a bunch of old farts...stay awake for that period of time?

Chief Justice will have it even harder...given that HE has a side job in the mornings, Will HE be able to stay awake?

Will hearings shut down while any of the jurors are nodding off?

I hope they have cameras sweeping the room looking for people that are in the land of nod during arguments.
