1] How to capture a screen print

Answer; If you have pressed the Print Screen key on your keyboard, (or ALT + Print Screen to copy the open window only), then the "picture" of the screen you have copied is stored in the clipboard. Open up MSPaint, (Start > All Programs > Accessories > Paint), goto Edit, and click Paste.

I don't know what you mean. Click File in what application?

Do you mean information in a web browser page like this? If so, highlight all of the text, then goto File > Print, then choose "Selection", and it will print the highlighted text.
