Word 2007 find and select words?

How to find some text in a document and then select every instance of that text.

For example select every word starting with "N". I know how to find it using wildcards, but I cannot select every instance of that text. I found that useless highlight all function that doesn't select the text? It just highlights it. Can somebody help? I'm really annoyed.
