Word 2003: protect form, but not organigram (section not pos

Hi,
I established a form in word 2003, where people also need to create an organigram/organization chart. If I protect, people cannot fill in the organization chart as it is protected.

Even when I tell them that this section should not be protected, the organization chart always gets protected and people cannot fill it in.
Who knows the answer?

Who's 'them' (the people)? If you mean MS Word, how exactly do you tell it the program?

And how did you create the organisation chart to fill in? What kind of Word object is it?
