WORD 2000 - style changes for non-contiguous paragraphs

Is it possible to select non-contiguous paragraphs in Word 2000 as I need to change some Heading 2 to Heading 3? For example the document contains:

Heading 1
Text
Heading 2
Text
Text
Heading 2
Text
Text
Heading 2
Text
Heading 2

I want to select and change the second and third Heading 2 paragraphs to be Heading 3. I have a large document to do this through and so need a single shot solution if possible.
