Word 2000 Creating an Index

I would like to create an index on my very large word 2000 file using an Accordance file. I understand that the Accordance file is a 2 column table. Can someone please give me an example of how I would create the Accordance file to give me the following results:

C
----------------
Creating
Creating a Shortcut Icon ........ 7
Creating a New Password ......... 8
Creating a New Person ........... 12

G
----------------
GHHS
Logging into GHHS................ 6
What is GHHS .................... 4

http://www.cogsci.princeton.edu/cgi-bin/webwn?stage=1&word=accordance and looking through http://www.google.com/search?hl=en&lr=&q=+site:support.microsoft.com+wd2000+index finds no sense to your question about an accordance file.

Can you give an example web site that discusses this?

Or were you just looking to make an index?

Sorry. It's not an accordance file. It is called a Concordance file.

Last time I looked, http://www.google.com/search?hl=en&q=wd2000+Concordance+index had all of three articles to read about this.

Does that fix it?
