Question

wont load

Mar 23, 2017 5:07AM PDT

I am using window 10. The other day a program froze, and I turned off my computer pressing the power button. When I turned it back on the window logo loaded then the screen went black, and all that was showing was the cursor spinning around. I let this go for a half hour with no change. How do I fix this?

- Go back to your latest image backup.

- Boot into the recovery drive you made or into the Windows 10 installation disc or stick you can download from Microsoft.
- Then try startup repair, system restore and making a new Windows account with the net user command
https://www.tenforums.com/tutorials/2294-advanced-startup-options-boot-windows-10-a.html is a good start for all of this.

- Go back to factory conditions.

- Repair the broken hardware
