Won't run certain games...

by Ferrante101 / January 1, 2005 2:50 AM PST

For some reason I cannot seem to install certain games. When I try, this is the message I get:

C:\WINNT\system32\cmd.exe
C:\WINNT\system32\autoexec.nt. The System file is not suitable for running MS-DOS and Microsoft Windows applications. Choose close to terminate the application

Is there a way to correct this?

thanks,
Mark

It's usually spyware damage and easy to fix.

There may be a Windows 2000 version, but this is still the same spyware induced damage. As long as you keep using Internet Explorer until they fix it, it may fail again as the spyware does that to many.

Help, my PC with Windows 10 won't shut down properly

Since upgrading to Windows 10 my computer won't shut down properly. I use the menu button shutdown and the screen goes blank, but the system does not fully shut down. The only way to get it to shut down is to hold the physical power button down till it shuts down. Any suggestions?
