Is there a program that can edit wmv files?

Microsoft only. Here's why.

Microsoft has sent notice out to anyone that dares use that proprietary video format. You'll use Microsoft's tools or search for a WMV convertor.

Don't like that?

Interesting. Just the same way that Windows media player 10 cannot be uninstalled.

Proprietary indeed.

Unfortunately, people use the wmv format quite a bit now.

You use the Microsoft video editors.

One reason Microsoft is so touchy about WMV is Digital Rights Management. If you can lock out developers from a format, you can keep your DRM secure (for awhile).

Well is seams that the only thing that will edit WMV is
MS-MM2, not that M$ is tring to be propriety or anything like that. John
