WMP 10

by TechyDRGuy / May 16, 2006 8:37 AM PDT

I have an iPod, but I really prefer on of the newer Windows players (Sansa, Samsung,Creative)yet I'm having trouble upgrading to WMP 10. A message comes up about the software not passing Windows Logo testing. I went to the Windows website, but it was just way to confusing for me to solve the problem. Could someone help me out?

And promptly uninstalled it, I went back to Nine. Too buggy for me, it was a PITA. I've read many complaints here in the Forums. I guess some people like it, but a lot don't. Maybe your inability to get it to work properly is telling you something.

BTW, I use iTunes for my iPod.

I know that iTunes is for iPod, but I haven't gotten the iTunes Store working. I've been to Apple's support site, but nothing has worked. I just want WMP 10/11 just incase I need to get another MP3 player other than an iPod.

I too had problems with getting the store to work, with the latest iTunes. I simple went back to using the older version, which works fine.
