WMA11B Missing Music Folders

My WMA11B works fairly well except for one irritating thing. It does not show all available music contained in my media directory. Whether I search by Artist or Folder, some music is just not there. For example, I have 5 folders of Barenaked Ladies Music (one for each album I own). I can see all 5 in Windows Explorer and iTunes. However, my WMA11B only sees two. Any thoughts?
