Question

WLM 2011 delete icon is greyed out

All at once my WLM 2011 delete icon is greyed out and will no longer work. Also, all of my deleted messages in the Delete folder have a black line running thru them.
Help please.

I am using Windows Live Mail with Charter as my ISP. Charter will no longer accept POP3--only IMAP. Here is the answer for a grey delete icon. Open WLM>Options>Mail>Advanced>Ck: Use the 'Deleted Items" folder for IMAP accounts Usage Threads.
