wirelessG Card firewalled ?

hey guys, im new here, and i have over a year trying to get good conections on bitcomet, i have all the ports open on firewalls and all the stuff, a few days ago, i went to a friend house with my laptop, and he use a normal cable conection, i there i was able to download fast, and i wasnt behind a nat, here in my house i'm !!
i use a wirelessG card to connect to the internet, and thats all, the only that comes to my mind is that maybe my wireless card is working as a router and i have to fix it, some how ?
hope some one knows anyhitng or at least give me some ideas.

what do you mean by ... your wireless card work as a router?

What type of connection is bitcomet use?
Is it supposed to be faster than regular cable?

What and/how is your configuration at home?

And what you want to be remove?
