Question

Wireless USB adapter can't connect.

Aug 28, 2011 10:26PM PDT

My wireless adapter can detect my home network but cannot connect to it. Both are Belkin products. I use WPA security. The computer using the adapter is about 200 ft from the router and one floor above it. The adapter computer is older and doesn't have a USB 2.0 port. Does this matter? Why can it detect the network but not connect to it?
