Wireless streaming of itunes music

Need a device that allows me to listen to the itunes music playing from my pc even when i'm away from my pc.. any recommendation? understand creative has always been known for its audio products so looked up their site & realised they have just launched http://www.soundblaster.com/products/product.asp?category=1&subcategory=873&product=18739 Will this work?
