Wireless speaker driver not installed error

by timetraveler-1 / August 23, 2013 11:49 PM PDT

i recently bought a bluetooth teknmotion wireless speaker , and can't get it to work correctly .
I have a windows 7 hp laptop 600 hard drive, 4 gb memory, with a 2.0 dongle that finds blue tooth devices. and i have followed the instructions turning it (the wireless speaker) on and the pc does find it (when it pairs up as i followed instructions exactly ) and show it in the devices printer area as blue tooth headset icon after i hit ad a device it finds it , but when i click on the icon and hit next it says successfully installed but then it shows another sign saying connecting this device , configuring , this device has been successfully added to this computer , device driver was not successfully installed , click here for details ,right clicking on the bluetooth icon and troubleshoot it says : detecting problems , the driver for bluetooth peripheral device is not installed .install the latest driver for this device. i hit apply fix : resolving problems searching for device driver . it says device driver was not successfully installed .
i also tried everything with this article ,
How To Fix Code 28 Errors
it still will not work , i had a bluetooth jam speaker before that and it did the same thing , even when i tried to install it on my desktop pc to.
i sure wish someone could help me actually get this fixed so i can actually have a wireless speaker that works like it should .
thanks .

I wrote and now maintain apps that use Bluetooth but not audio. It was a rough road to get it all done and along the way I found out a lot about this area. If it fails, return it as defective.

Help, my PC with Windows 10 won't shut down properly

Since upgrading to Windows 10 my computer won't shut down properly. I use the menu button shutdown and the screen goes blank, but the system does not fully shut down. The only way to get it to shut down is to hold the physical power button down till it shuts down. Any suggestions?
