It might work. But due to so many factors today such as phones that are hotspots you can't be sure of open for anyone to use links. So build it but start out in your lab under shorter distances then test it for real.
I have a quick question about a setup that I want to build. This is my plan:
The main focus on this plan is to broadcast the network from the ground floor house (Router Asus AC1200G - where WAN is entering) to an outbuilding 40 meters away with no obstacles. In the outbuilding I will have a switch to connect 3 PCs and one router to broadcast wifi around the outbuilding.
The result should be an wifi network with over 150 Mbps on the house, outbuilding and the yard between buildings. In the outbuild I want a LAN network with also over 150 Mbps.
Is this the right choice regarding the hardware equipment?
