No matter what you buy there will be a certain amount of setup involved. But after everything is initially set up, most of them are pretty worry free. You will want to make sure you take the time to setup all the security features though.
Assuming neither PC has a wireless card already installed; you might want to purchase a package deal where you get a wireless router and a couple wireless cards. This way you know everything will work well together. Although not necessary, if you stick with the same company for all your components it usually makes life easier.
