**Wireless router for Samsung Smart TV????

Could someone plz help me with the wireless router? I was told I need one, but what kind? There are sooooo many I don't know what will work best for our TV. We get our web service from our cable & our TV model is UN55F6350.

But you did ask which one is "best." That's a big problem as you can't determine this unless you test each one with your current setup. If you change internet service providers, it's possible another router would then be best. All of the units on the CNET link should be great.

However, many place routers in basements, or too far from WiFi clients and then ask for help.

? Can I put it next to the TV?

We have a ranch style home, only about 1700sq ft. We will have the same internet/cable service provider as long as we live here, because our only other option is satellite (don't want). I've been trying to research them, & read reviews, just not the most tech savvy person, at all. LOL!

There are rare instances where you can't get WiFi to connect when too close. But let's say this router is next to the TV.

FORGET WIFI. Just use the Ethernet from TV to router and you'll get around all the WiFi nonsense issues.
