I looked and looked and haven't seen this addressed anywhere else, so thought I'd ask...
I have seen many USB ethernet (RJ45) adapters for connecting to the internet on the fly. I also know there are USB Wireless adapters as well. My question is: Is there such a thing as a single adapter for BOTH wireless and RJ45 connections in one? I have a friend with a laptop where the PCMCIA slot and built in LAN port have been damaged. As an alternative to having the system board replaced (laptop is about 2 years old and no longer covered), I was looking into the USB adapters solution. But I was wondering if there was single device for this as opposed to 2 separate adapters. I haven't been able to find any online. Anybody know?
Thanks in advance.
Help, my PC with Windows 10 won't shut down properly
Since upgrading to Windows 10 my computer won't shut down properly. I use the menu button shutdown and the screen goes blank, but the system does not fully shut down. The only way to get it to shut down is to hold the physical power button down till it shuts down. Any suggestions?
