If the product does not work when setup per the manual, return it for something else.

I saw this and had to post. There are some very dodgy things with The Arcis website. They claim to have been in business since 1995, but was only registered in december 2010! Also, I cannot find any information on the alleged companies that they have bought over or on any of the people in their management team. It is like they have been made up.

Help, my PC with Windows 10 won't shut down properly

Since upgrading to Windows 10 my computer won't shut down properly. I use the menu button shutdown and the screen goes blank, but the system does not fully shut down. The only way to get it to shut down is to hold the physical power button down till it shuts down. Any suggestions?
