This is a warranty issue so the only step is to call it in for repair.
So, I got this laptop just a little under a year ago, after my Toshiba Satellite had broken. I've had these wireless issues right from the start. They weren't bad enough back then to really be anything that bothered me, but now it's just gotten ridiculous. The more recent issues I've been having:
The internet simply stops connecting, I'm connected to a working wifi network (I can confirm it works because various other electronics in my house use the same network and work fine), and the troubleshooter can find no issues. But I can't access any websites, Skype and Steam both constantly try to reconnect, and no matter how many times I reconnect to my wifi, nothing fixes it. Occasionally restarting my laptop will fix this, temporarily. And I'd once been told to uninstall the Dell Wireless network adapter in my device manager. This will usually fix it if restarting won't, but it's still temporary.
Any help to this would be great. Thank you very much for any help! By the way, I'm sort of a novice to computers, so give very detailed steps for anything more complex, and try to use layman's terms. Thanks all!
