change your WiFi channel (try all available channel)

better yet, Do not use your wireless phone near the devices (PC, Access point etc.) while using the internet... (Note: put your cordless phone in the craddle when not in use)

Change you cordless phone with the one that have different frequency range... (the standard is 2.4ghz which is the same freq with the wifi)

Other device that might interfere is your microwave, baby monitor and many more that have same freq range.

If so, you'll have to replace the interfering cordless phone.

Switch to a different phone channel (if supported)

If your cordless phone can switch to a different channel, do so. And you may try different combinations of phone channels and WiFi channels.
