wireless problem

I am using a netgear 802.11g router on a cable modem with a laptop and several desktops. When I go to a particular website with my laptop the site does not load and I lose my internet connection. I have to rest everything. Other than this one site I have had no problems. My desktop is connected by ethernet and it can load the web site with no problem. Any ideas?

And what browser do you use? Is this an Apple? What do you do about spyware? And the big question... What website is this?
