wireless printer

my printer loses connection to the network,I got a page from the printer confirming my wireless connection however I need to reset the printer everytime I use it what can I do? please help thanks

Try another WiFi channel (that's a setting in the router) as well as the printer maker's latest drivers.

I tend to use static IP addresses when dealing with network printers. I can't offer documented proof that this always helps but I've never found it to hurt. You do have to make sure your router has a reserved IP range for static use.

In addition to the other suggestions, it wouldn't surprise me in the slightest if this was a power saving feature of the printer. Shutting down the wifi chip when there's been no activity for a while.
