Question

wireless printer

Mar 13, 2013 12:40PM PDT

I have a Dell Vostro 1015 laptop, bought and installed a Dell V525w wireless printer using the Software and Documentation disk. The test page printed fine, but evidently I don"t have a good connection. How do I make them communicate??

Here I need to ...

I won't be writing any step by step or duplicating any Dell document but here I only need to set the printer to connect to my WiFi hotspot or router then install the drivers on my laptop and watch out for questions about if the printer is on the LAN, Wireless or USB.

In your case it seems you don't have a WiFi router so maybe that's it?

My WiFi signal is good (laptop is using it within 5 ft). How do you "set the printer to connect to WiFi?"
