Wireless or Wired ? For connecting XP Media Center 2 TV's

I am running a Sony computer with Media Center Edition XP('04) operating system. I use the computer to watch cable TV, slides and music of course and would like to get a new TV for my living room to do the same.
What is the best and/or easiest way to 'wire' the signal to another room about 20 ft. away?
Digital wireless media router ? How is picture quality ?
thanks

do it with the cable. You'll have to run another lead. You can still go wireless LAN tho.

and life goes on...

But it won't be cheap and it may not be what you expected.

Here's the deal. The XBox 360 is part of a new system to do part of what you ask. But I wonder if you will drop 1 to 2 grand making this work.

there is a tv tuner at hauppage.com that appears to have an ethernet connection. it would seem that if you connected it to a wireless router with a hardwired ethernet port you could broadcast tv over your wireless network.
