I have a small business network. Actiontek GT784WN Router/Modem. Netgear Prosafe FS116 Switch. File Server connected to switch. The Server files/program are accessible through switch to desktops. My ISP (Frontier) won't help. They say the router is fine. I can connect to the internet from the back of the router. I can connect with wireless. I want a hard connection. I have tried a new switch. I have checked connections and replaced cables. I have rebooted router. This problem occurred after contacting Frontier due to not being able to connect with wireless as we had lost our Network ID. I want to use other devices via wireless. Now I am able to connect with wireless, but I cannot connect with Ethernet. I have DSL/Phone cable. My ISP says it is not their problem. Can anyone provide a suggestion? Thanks....Joe
