I had a similar problem and found a new installation download from Linksys that takes the pain out of configuting wireless networks. If you haven't checked it out, it is worth a look at http://linksys.custhelp.com/cgi-bin/linksys.cfg/php/enduser/entry.php
I jsut got a new lap top for xmas and it comes with a wireless card. The Wireless card is a Dell Wireless 1350 (802.11b/g) WLAN miniPCI Card. My router is a linksys wireless g. My problem is that when the laptop trys to connect to the network it drops all the the computers connected to the router via ethernet wire. The laptop also doesn't successfully connect at all. I am finding this all very strange since I have a computer in the basement that connects via the wireless and it works fine and never conflicts or causes any problems. I am completely stumped I have tryed un/reinstalling the drivers unplugging the router and modem and replugging it in. I have basically tried all the obvious things to fix this issue all to no avail. PLEASE anybody jsut help me.
Thanks!
