Wireless network:My Network Places

Hello, I am using Windows XP Home. I have a wireless network with two computers. Previously I could access files from Computer 2 when I was on Computer 1, the main computer. Now, when I click on "My Network Places", Computer 2 is not listed but I get an icon showing my WRTG54 router. When I right click on that icon it will take me to the router set up page. I have been in touch with Linksys twice and they say if I can get on the Internet with both computers it is not a problem they can solve.
How can I change any setting to get Computer 1 to know that Computer 2 is on the network? I did try to add Computer 2 again, but that did not work.
I tried to do System Restore many times to take it back to when things were working but it said it could not restore it.
Any suggestions????

I have "pinged" both computers.
Computer one: 4 sent, 4 rec, 0 lost...Average time: 0 ms.
Computer two: 4 sent, 4 rec, 0 lost...Average time: 1ms.

I have no firewall other than Windows. I uninstalled Zone Alarm long ago.
