Wireless network can connect to internet, not to shared fold

by Wyobison / April 14, 2009 10:37 AM PDT

I have setup a wireless network with a Wireless N Linksys. I have 1 PC with Windows Xp and 1 Laptop with Vista. Both connect to the Internet. Laptop can see the PC but not the shared folders. PC can not even see Laptop. On the PC I tried mapping a drive to the laptop. It let me make the map but can't access the folder. I must be missing a setting somewhere. Please help!

Fixed file sharing problem

Thought I would let you know I fixed my problem since you have a similiar problem. I added the IP address in the Trusted section of the Anti-Virus program and made sure both machines had the same users.
After I did that everything works fine.
